Materials & Workmanship

High-Strength Structural Steel
The main members of the power transmission towers are fabricated from Q235B / Q355B / Q420B high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) structural steel, with yield strengths ranging from 235 to 420 MPa. Combining high strength with excellent low-temperature toughness, the material meets structural safety requirements under complex service conditions such as long-span crossings, heavy icing zones, high altitudes and high-wind regions.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing
All steel components of the power transmission towers are hot-dip galvanized in strict compliance with ISO 1461. The zinc coating is uniform, dense and strongly adherent, significantly enhancing the corrosion resistance of transmission towers in harsh environments including coastal, salt-spray and industrial corrosion zones, extending the design service life by more than 20 years.

Precision Manufacturing
All of our power transmission towers are produced under the ISO 9001 quality management system. CNC angle-steel production lines are used for punching, hole-making and assembly welding. Full-process dimensional inspection is conducted at all critical stages, with assembly tolerances controlled within 0.5%, ensuring precise and smooth on-site erection.

Q: Can you manufacture according to our drawings?
A: Yes. We support direct fabrication based on customer-provided drawings, and can also provide structural design, shop detailing and optimization suggestions based on the project's voltage grade, meteorological conditions and load requirements, ensuring the solution is both safe, reliable and cost-effective.
Q: Is the quality guaranteed?
A: We have established a full-process quality inspection system covering raw material incoming inspection, production and processing, welding, galvanizing and final product delivery, including material re-inspection, weld flaw detection, galvanizing coating thickness testing and dimensional accuracy inspection. Complete inspection reports can be provided with the shipment, and third-party inspection is supported.
Q: What is the shipping method?
A: The towers are packed in completely knocked down (CKD) components, sorted by structural number with packing lists and installation drawings enclosed. We support both full container load (FCL) and break-bulk sea freight.
