Features

1. Various towers are space frame structure. Bars are composed of single equilateral angle steel or combination of angle steel.
2. The materials are generally Q235, Q345 and Q420. The connection between the bars is crude bolt.


3. Hot dip galvanized anti-corrosion. Very convenient for transportation and construction erection.
4. We set foot nails on one of main legs to facilitate the construction workers to climb onto the tower for operation.


The different types of transmission towers are designed according to the voltage at which the line operates. The higher the voltage, the greater the distances to be maintained between the wires in the power line and the ground and the tower structures themselves. This results in higher voltage line towers being taller and wider than the ones for lower voltages.
Multi-circuit towers – All structures that can accommodate more than two circuits.
Single-circuit towers – On which are hung three phase wires making up one AC circuit and one or two lightning wires,
Double-circuit towers – On which six phase conductors (two circuits) and one or two lightning wires are suspended,
Strong Material Usage in High Voltage Towers
High voltage towers are produced using galvanized steel, ensuring superior resistance to corrosion and external impacts. The structural properties of steel allow these towers to maintain their integrity under heavy loads and in challenging climatic conditions.
With zinc-coated surfaces that resist corrosion even after prolonged outdoor exposure, the towers are capable of maintaining performance over many years without deterioration.

Insulator string recognition method
By observing the number of insulator strings, the voltage level can be roughly determined.
10kV and 20kV lines usually use 2-3 insulator strings.

35kV lines use 3-4 insulator strings.

For 110kV lines, 7-8 insulator strings are used.

For 220kV lines, the number of insulator strings increases to 13-14.

For the highest voltage level of 500kV, the number of insulator strings is as high as 28-29.
